With a previous background in advertising, Pam brings a unique combination of expertise to her work with individuals and companies.

Through workshops, one-on-one sessions and corporate trainings she helps people lower anxiety, manage stress, develop resilience and present their talents with confidence.

She also advises companies on integrating health and wellbeing into all aspects of their environment, believing that healthier individuals drive companies and cultures that have the power to create positive change in the world.

Having received her training at Health, a pioneering complementary medical center in New York City, she furthered her education through studies in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and training with The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and The HeartMath Institute.

Throughout her years teaching in studios, schools, non-profits, and Fortune 500 corporations she has helped thousands of students and clients improve their wellbeing and career potential.
